Shipping Instructions Samples can be shipped to the address listed below using the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Even though XRF analysis is non-destructive to the sample, samples are not returned to the customer and are disposed of after testing. If a customer wishes to have a sample or samples returned, the appropriate container with return address and postage reflecting the return service desired should be included with your original shipment. The same goes for samples you may wish to have forwarded to another location for further testing. Please Note: In the address line under "Express XRF Analysis" please indicate "Rapid Service" or "Standard Service" so that your samples will be routed and processed accordingly. If you do not list "Rapid Service" or "Standard Service" your samples may be delayed in the processing. If you send one or more samples for "Rapid Service" and some samples for "Standard Service" please only indicate "Rapid Service" on your shipping label. We have recently moved!
